Committee

Each year parents have the opportunity to volunteer their time to become members of the Committee of Management and are appointed at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee consists of a President, Treasurer, Secretary and six committee members, two of whom are the Co-ordinator and Deputy of the centre.

Committee members work very closely with the Co-ordinator, who has the day-to-day responsibility of running the centre; overall accountability rests with the committee who have finance, employment and legal responsibilities.


Accreditation

DACCC is committed to providing quality childcare for all families who use our service. We are an Accredited centre and take part in the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System (QIAS), administered by the National Childcare Accreditation Council. QIAS is linked to the federal government's funding of childcare places.
